Peach Pie


  • 1 pie dough

  • 2 and ¼ pounds peaches, pitted and chopped

  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch

  • ½ cup sugar

  • 2 tablespoons flour

  • A pinch of nutmeg, ground

  • 1 tablespoon dark rum

  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted


  1. Roll pie dough into a pie pan that fits your Yedi Houseware air fryer and press well.

  2. In a bowl, mix peaches with cornstarch, sugar, flour, nutmeg, rum, lemon juice and butter and stir well.

  3. Pour and spread this into pie pan, introduce in your Yedi Houseware air fryer and cook at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes.

  4. Cook for an additional 5 mins in your Yedi Houseware Air Fryer..

  5. Serve warm or cold.
