2 tablespoons olive oil
Juice from 1 lemon
1 teaspoon oregano, dried
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 pound chicken thighs
Salt and black pepper to the taste
½ pound asparagus, trimmed
1 zucchini, roughly chopped
1 lemon sliced
In a heat proof dish that fits your Yedi Houseware air fryer, mix chicken pieces with oil, lemon juice, oregano, garlic, salt, pepper, asparagus, zucchini and lemon slices. Then toss.
Introduce in a preheated Yedi Houseware air fryer and cook at 380 degrees F for 15 minutes.
Divide everything on plates and serve.
