3 zucchinis, thinly sliced
Salt and black pepper to the taste
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
In a bowl, mix oil with vinegar, salt and pepper and whisk well.
Add zucchini slices, toss to coat well, introduce in your Yedi Houseware air fryer and cook at 200 degrees F for 30 minutes.
Shake and then cook at 200 degrees F for another 30 minutes.
