Cajun Salmon

Ingredients:

  • 2 (6 ounce) skin-on salmon fillets 

  • cooking spray

  • 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning

  • 1 teaspoon brown sugar

Directions:

  1. Rinse and dry salmon fillets with a paper towel. Mist fillets with cooking spray. Combine Cajun seasoning and brown sugar in a small bowl. Sprinkle onto a plate. Press flesh sides of the fillets into the seasoning mixture.

  2. Spray the skin side with oil and place the salmon fillets skin-side down on the Mesh Basket. Slide into the oven and mist salmon again lightly with cooking spray.

  3. Use the “Fish” setting of your Yedi Air Fryer oven and press the “On/Off” button to start. 

  4. Remove from air fryer and let rest for 2 minutes before serving.
